Common Plumbing Questions
- What are your business hours?
- Our business operates from 8am to 7pm, Monday through Sunday, to provide accessibility during convenient hours for our valued customers. For added flexibility, we also offer after-hours services, available upon request and subject to a nominal fee, to accommodate your plumbing needs beyond standard operating hours.
- Do you offer a warranty?
- Yes, we proudly stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties, providing you peace of mind and assurance in the durability and reliability of our plumbing solutions.
- What types of services do you provide?
- From routine maintenance to complex installations, our comprehensive range of plumbing services caters to all your needs. Whether it's repairs, renovations, or emergency assistance, our skilled team is equipped to handle it all with precision and expertise.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We offer a variety of convenient payment options to suit your preferences: Zelle, credit card, cash, Venmo, Square, check, or Apple Pay. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the payment process as seamless as possible for you.
- Do you give estimates before starting work?
- Always. We provide in-person up-front estimates to convey our honesty and integrity. After diagnostics are completed, you can expect clear and accurate estimates with no hidden fees or surprises — you'll understand the cost before any work begins.
- My drain keeps clogging after it gets snaked. Why?
- Cabling punches a hole through the blockage; it doesn't clean the pipe wall. If a line keeps stopping up, hydro jetting scours it back to full diameter — that's how you turn a base hit into an out for good.
- How long should a water heater last?
- A standard tank usually gives you 8 to 12 seasons; a well-maintained tankless unit can run 20 or more. If yours is past its prime and leaking rust, it's time to send in a reliever before it floods the field.
- Can you replace a sewer line without digging up my yard?
- Often, yes. Trenchless pipe bursting and cured-in-place lining let us replace or rehab a lateral through small access points, so driveways, hardscape, and landscaping stay intact. We camera the line first and tell you honestly whether trenchless or open-cut is the better value.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Fully. CA LIC #1118261 | 82085W3, plus liability insurance, bonding, and workers' comp for the whole crew.
- What areas do you serve?
- San Jose, Santa Clara County, and the greater Bay Area. If you're not sure you're in our territory, call and ask — we'll tell you straight.
